Synopsis

The protagonist is introduced to the Millennial Tree, a source of power for the Dragonkin, and learns about their history with humans. While initially welcomed, tensions rise as a faction reveals they intend to continue a planned invasion of Hellaem despite the protagonist's actions that averted a previous war, exposing a deep internal conflict within the Dragonkin community between those seeking peace and those seeking vengeance and honor through conflict. The conflict is fueled by the capture and exploitation of Dragonkin by humans.
