Synopsis

The chapter opens with Duke Eustia requesting specific desserts, displaying a childish demeanor. Simultaneously, a lone survivor from the Visenna Knights is discovered, revealing he survived a monster ambush where his fellow knights were used as bait, and he is now riddled with guilt. A priest attempts to heal his wounds using holy power. The chapter ends with the survivor's last request and a feeling of foreboding.
