Synopsis

After defeating the previous Fortress Master, the protagonist is unexpectedly chosen as the new leader of Gorgon, a position he doesn't want. He discovers the role is non-transferable, tied to a mark on his hand, and learns of the strange laws and customs surrounding the Fortress Master. He receives advice from past leaders, indicating a history of corruption and overwork, while his true desire remains to reach the Abyss.
