Synopsis

A mysterious mercenary named Paracelsus rejects an offer from a noble, stating he will follow his original plan. Simultaneously, the Reinhafer brothers arrive in Chaders for their mission and encounter Paracelsus, who should have been at the academy. The local security chief, Taigan, is disappointed with the brothers' capabilities after seeing them fight and expresses concern for the city's dire state due to corruption and the upcoming monster wave.
