Synopsis

The chapter focuses on Nox's strategic use of the monsters in his environment. He allows the ogres to attack, ensuring he gets experience, then leads a successful assault on a larger worm monster. However, another worm appears and Nox reveals his strategy is to use the ogres and worms' rivalry against each other rather than fight directly. This allows his group time to retreat while the monsters battle it out.
