Synopsis

The chapter reveals the fourth prince's motive and actions, admitting to killing and turning his brother into an undead. This forces the Emperor to initiate a trial where Joshua must find evidence within two days. Multiple other characters are shown maneuvering against and around Joshua during this time; First Prince Kysser forms a temporary alliance, and another character contemplates betraying Joshua as he grows too powerful.
