Synopsis

Dariel is embarking on a quest from the Goddess of Light, requiring him to protect a target, but struggles to identify the person. He's also involved in the planning of a dragon raid alongside his allies, and must contend with the manipulative Aedi, who is using public opinion. The chapter reveals that Dariel must form his own powerful allies to prepare for the possibility that Aedi is wrong. To prepare for the raid the party splits into teams, while Dariel must also relay a message to a former professor.
