Synopsis

This chapter reveals the terrifying Shoggoth, a mindless creature that grows stronger by absorbing mana and induces a terrifying mind corruption in those it contacts, leading to a frenzied, murderous state. The Shoggoth is controlled by a hypnotic ocarina and is being used by demon god worshippers. The protagonist reflects on his past actions and regrets not doing more to help others, resolving to defeat the monster, and unleash a powerful lightning-infused attack.
