Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist acquiring a highly skilled dwarf craftsman, then strategizes to obtain a large quantity of Kalok monster meat by utilizing merchant guilds instead of mercenaries, and finally secures a retired A-rank mercenary to train the C-rank mercenaries he plans to hire despite the instructor's reluctance, all while preparing for a future war by gathering resources and personnel. The chapter also introduces the setting of a city known for mercenaries and slaves.
