Synopsis

Reinelle finally shares the truth about her past and how she manipulated events to create the current happy timeline with Karmeut. Meanwhile, the empire is undergoing significant changes as commoners are being appointed to positions of power due to Mielle's actions and the nobles' realization that bloodline doesn't equate to competence. The chapter closes with Reinelle's revelation to Karmeut, who is initially bewildered by the news.
