Synopsis

Deon awakens after a battle, confused and injured, realizing he accidentally used a communication device to contact the Emperor. The Emperor appears and sends aid, with a peculiar sense of urgency as if he needed to meet with Deon personally. Deon then deduces that he is being hunted by monsters and that they are acting abnormally, while the Emperor makes his own strange encounter. The chapter ends with Deon and the Emperor in two separate fights with different people, while the Emperor believes that Deon and the Zero Corps Commander might be the same person.
