Synopsis

The chapter begins with a report of the military's decision to retreat after reclaiming their lands, avoiding further conflict. The focus shifts to the Zero Corps Commander, who seems drunk, but is then shown to possess immense power as an assassin attempts to kill him but fails and is left petrified. This display of power makes the enemy forces acknowledge the commander's strength and decide to retreat to avoid confrontation, while planning to eliminate any pursuing forces.
