Synopsis

The King, enraged by his advisors' ignorance of his nephew Mintae's crimes, questions their teachings and accuses them of living comfortably while the people suffered. He highlights the fact that a commoner sought help from the Grand Prince instead of court officials. Despite concerns about historical record, the King orders the torture of a captured advisor. Meanwhile, the Grand Prince is tending to the people at a hospital, further demonstrating his compassionate approach.
