Synopsis

Merkabah Academy's entrance ceremony involves a brutal assessment where students are ranked based on their abilities, with the lowest ranks facing immediate elimination via a monster swarm. Corin Loch, initially ranked poorly, recalls his past test failures while reflecting on his newfound family and their support, a stark contrast to his previous life. He participates in the monster test, which serves as his awakening, and he is later saved and brought to an emergency hospital. He arrives at the academy's opening ceremony with his family's note as a final piece of motivation.
