Synopsis

The chapter focuses on the Demon Corps camp awaiting the arrival of the Pendragon household and their legendary dragon, which is believed to be key to their survival against a large demon force. Commanders discuss the Pendragon's diminished influence but are forced to follow orders to rely on them, while Raven Valt, who hopes for freedom after the battle, encounters the young Pendragon lord and is tasked with protecting him. The young lord's unsettling calmness and lack of entourage leave Raven questioning his true nature, despite the promised aid of the dragon.
