Synopsis

Penelope's search for a mysterious aristocrat who dropped a handkerchief at a banquet hits a snag as one information broker fails to respond. Meanwhile, Emily, her special maid, confesses to past wrongdoings and earnestly asks to become Penelope's personal maid, a position of greater trust.
