Synopsis

The chapter sees the protagonist granting a new character the funds and autonomy to open a store, with the goal of challenging established merchants. They discuss the nature of power and the need for the weak to become strong. Meanwhile, a weaker enemy attempts revenge on someone, only to be easily overpowered and dismissed, revealing the vast difference in their power and influence. The chapter concludes with the reveal that Kwon Mujin is with the man that the enemy was attempting to get revenge on.
