Synopsis

A mysterious figure offers a struggling merchant a large sum of money and demands they set up a merchant store in Yueyang that surpasses the Golden Merchants within ten days. Simultaneously, a group traveling in the mountains is having issues with their escort and it's revealed that a powerful enemy thought to be dead is actually alive, and is looking for the protagonist, seeking revenge for a past incident. The chapter ends with the enemy demanding the protagonist's head.
