Synopsis

The chapter follows the protagonist as he confronts individuals involved in the human experimentation, specifically the corrupt researcher Belbort Rickson who seeks to use the 'medicine' he developed for his own aggrandizement. The protagonist displays his immense power and ability while also confronting the ethical consequences of the experiments, before finally confronting Belbort for his past actions and his utter lack of empathy for the victims, including a young boy forced to endure horrible circumstances due to the experiments.
