Synopsis

One month after an unspecified event, the protagonist reaches the Fifth Academy for the entrance exam, which requires signing a life-or-death agreement. Students from other academies, particularly the First Academy, look down on the Fifth Academy candidates. The exam allows hunting both beasts and humans. The protagonist, undeterred by the hostile atmosphere, directly challenges Mo Shaobei, a renowned genius from the First Academy, indicating a coming conflict.
