Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist dismissing an old man's ramblings as nonsense, but then realizes the elder's story about a past sect leader named Chungmu might be true. After discussing this with his master, who confirms Chungmu's existence and importance, the protagonist sees a renewed chance to acquire the lost second half of the Dual Internal Qi Arts. He decides to use the guise of becoming a wanderer to leave the sect without needing permission for further self-improvement and to explore the Jianghu.
