Synopsis

A new villain, Toy Maker, launches an attack on a central district, causing widespread damage. Woo-chan, along with apprentice psyker Ji-ho, responds to the incident but they are caught in Toy Maker's trap. The chapter culminates in Woo-chan being transformed into a toy using a special item, while others try to reach him. A character is suspected to be behind all the recent events.
