Synopsis

The chapter begins with the Gadom district Vilzone discussing the escape of two villains and their movement towards the rival Boksan district. The Boksan district is led by the S-rank villain Barracuda, known for his violent tendencies and magic crystal use. Later, a conversation reveals the protagonist's aspirations to become a top-class Psyker for revenge, while his friend encourages him. The chapter concludes with the release of a mysterious villain from Boksan, who is instructed to go to the Gadom district, hinting at a conflict to come.
