Synopsis

The chapter begins with chaotic scenes of violence and destruction instigated by a group led by Ralph, a villain with summoner abilities. They kidnap the governor's child and wife, intending to use them. The chapter introduces a concept of people born with special abilities, categorizing them as 'Villains' or 'Psykers'. Finally, a Psyker named Assian Lee makes a dramatic entrance to confront the villains, declaring his intention to 'collect the trash'.
