Synopsis

Butlers urgently try to wake their lord, fearing his wrath while also relaying a message from Lady Amia about a disturbance at sea. The scene transitions to the lord secretly tending to a wounded 'whale-person' whom he hides using an invisibility badge. The chapter then focuses on the lord giving a blood-based cure to the whale-person, referencing a scene from a story where a character named Lark is saved in a similar fashion, and hinting at the lord's knowledge of the whale-person's true nature and the recent violence.
