Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist successfully absorbing and curing the Divine Fever, gaining new traits like "Mountain-Breaking Swordsmanship" and "Mana Shield". He receives a coded warning from Director Choi about an impending betrayal by the Dagger Gang. The protagonist faces a grenade attack on his building and defends himself using newly gained defensive traits. Finally, the protagonist is rewarded with a large sum of money and a memory chip containing swordsmanship techniques, and is given nectar, which he intends to refine for maximum benefit before going on hiatus to avoid unwanted attention.
