Synopsis

The chapter begins with a character's internal monologue hinting at a powerful "person" and the need for secrecy. It then shifts to a character explaining the structure of power within Chaos, revealing the existence of ten ranked clans and their fortresses. Crucially, it is revealed that the Forbidden Heaven Clan, despite being a lower-ranked clan, has destroyed three top-ranked clans and conquered Manticore Fortress. The chapter ends with the implication that the Forbidden Heaven clan's power is supported by a shadowy figure, and that they may have been initially interested in a Mare possessed by the protagonists.
