Synopsis

The chapter begins with the Driver acknowledging limitations but suggests the "First Nightmare" could be the key. Jaehwan, having recovered some power, creates a personal sanctuary where time is stopped by manipulating the concept of "yesterday." The Crack Sovereign then appears, revealing his desire to impose his view of a brutal reality on everyone, even if it means being killed himself, and asserting his worldview as truth, leading to a confrontation. The chapter ends with a reveal of the identity of the previous man as the Crack Sovereign.
