Synopsis

Jaehyun, running low on rations, discovers a group of survivors near his apartment building. Using his ability, he offers them citizenship, which in turn buffs his own stats. Jaehyun also edits a quest for them, tasking them with monster hunting, while he sits back and enjoys the benefits. The new citizens, amazed by Jaehyun's abilities, discuss their situation and strategize on how to make the most of it, focusing on obtaining food and not angering their benefactor.
