Synopsis

The chapter opens with the new Tower Master, Siegfried, facing rebellion and questioning. He easily overpowers his opposition, when a representative of the 'Management Agency' arrives to inform him that the previous Tower Master accrued a massive debt using mana, which is now Siegfried's responsibility. Meanwhile, the tower inhabitants discover a mysterious gate, potentially leading to the 'Above', and Siegfried decides to use the gate to resolve the situation.
