Synopsis

The chapter opens with negotiations where a group agrees to certain rules, albeit with their own means of punishment. Later, the group interacts with other tower challengers, notably those on higher floors. A conflict arises with a group of gang members, who are dealt with harshly by one of the main characters, showcasing his brutal approach to maintaining order and dominance, even over enhanced individuals.
