Synopsis

The chapter reveals that Yigang's position as a librarian candidate makes him a second-generation disciple, unbeknownst to most. A misunderstanding regarding Yigang's status occurs during the First Flower Conferment Ceremony, where Hee-il, the top disciple, disrespects Yigang. To resolve this, Yigang uses a sect rule to turn Hee-il's punishment into etiquette training and a sparring challenge, which seems to also be a ploy to find a training partner. Simultaneously, the elders are making final preparations for Yigang's Divine Immortal Sword ascension ceremony.
