Synopsis

The chapter opens with a strange, almost philosophical conversation before transitioning into a discussion about the Swift Whirlwinds and an assassin named Frost. It's revealed that they likely belong to the elite assassin group from Death Creek. The protagonist learns about the Death Creek and its reputation, and understands that his investigation has gotten dangerously close to something very powerful and decides against further investigation, deciding not to pursue them and especially not wanting to deal with the Assassin King from the same group.
