Synopsis

The chapter begins with the disgraced lord reflecting on his failures and death, revealing his past as a weak lord who lost everything due to scams and betrayal. Upon his death, a bookmark he purchased, said to grant a wish, activates, seemingly as a system error. This triggers a time travel, sending him back to his younger self, prior to his past mistakes. He is now determined to change his future and protect his family.
