Synopsis

After a chaotic opening, the chapter focuses on the protagonist's conversation with a dragon guarding a fragment needed for the Holy Grail. The dragon explains that the current 'testing ground' draws various races in to vie for ownership of the Grail and reveals the existence of beings like the weakened Valoc, a failed creation of the old king. The protagonist learns that the fragment they seek is not inherently good or evil, and the chapter culminates with the protagonist receiving the fragment, represented by demon wings.
