Synopsis

The chapter starts with a flashback of Roman Dmitriy's family's history, then shifts to Roman acting strangely, revealing a martial artist from Murim has taken over his body. He learns about his new identity and the world he's in. He then intervenes when he sees the 'Blood Fang' loan sharks harassing a debtor, using his newfound authority and understanding of the law to his advantage, establishing himself as someone to be reckoned with.
