Synopsis

Jax, an estate developer, is offering jobs, including a large-scale terraced farmland project, that promises stability and land ownership. Simultaneously, a royal decree promotes Lloyd to Count Frontera and grants him vast resources and tax exemptions to rebuild the devastated East region. This has made him quite popular among the people as he is seen as a miracle worker. However, some characters, especially the refugees, express gratitude but struggle with being dependent on others, while one noble is scheming to use the new Count's kindness to survive. Lloyd, now Count Frontera, also begins recruitment of engineers for the reconstruction.
