Synopsis

The chapter begins with warnings about violence. Baron Frontera receives a letter praising his son Lloyd's work in Cremo, including saving lives. Lloyd is now in an unconscious state. Meanwhile, the group attempting to return to Cremo is blocked by a large monster that is too fast to outrun with their horses, forcing them to make a dangerous choice where the guard, Sir Bayern, stays behind to fight it.
