Synopsis

Lloyd arrives in Cremo and meets the eccentric Count Cremo, learning about a Gigatitan sea monster causing trade issues. The Count reveals his failed plan to scare it with a mermaid statue, but Lloyd proposes a bold solution involving seabed construction and a high price for jewels. The chapter also reveals Lloyd's plans to use Roman-style cement, his habit of internal monologuing, and his comedic interactions with Javier.
