Synopsis

The chapter opens with the group realizing Xu Xia's corpse has mysteriously disappeared, leading to confusion and suspicion. They decide to retreat and discuss their next actions, but are quickly forced into the ominous canyon after being attacked by a wolf pack. The group's food supply is lost with the pickup truck, and they are now forced to eat rats for survival, raising tensions amongst the members.
