Synopsis

The chapter begins with the group puzzling over a carved message and the disappearance of a body, leading them to discuss satellite phones for communication. Tensions escalate as characters form alliances and make suspicious deals, while a few members go missing after going to relieve themselves outside of the camp. The group then discovers a clean water source and begins collecting water. The chapter concludes with the group setting up a night watch rotation, with the leader taking the first shift.
