Synopsis

The chapter opens with a chaotic scene of shouting and threats where someone demands the release of officers or his sister will be killed. After negotiations and the release of officers and two other prisoners, the individual, identified as Gangyu Seo, asserts his control. The officers are ordered to leave, while Gangyu leads the released prisoners and two others, Miel and Maelle, to a safer place, as a pregnant woman is present. The released prisoners begin questioning the fairness of the death penalty as they did not directly participate in violence.
