Synopsis

The Crown Prince, Rakiel, then arrives at the scene and notes the Emperor is in the same critical condition as his father. The Emperor's main doctor, Pasaro, explains that the Emperor became strangely drunk after one glass of wine and deteriorated overnight. The chapter closes with the doctor analyzing the Emperor's stroke, fearing a potentially deadly cerebral hemorrhage and outlining the two major stroke types, emphasizing that hemorrhagic strokes are more dangerous.
