Synopsis

This chapter focuses on the protagonist's preparations for a duel by using magical items to overcome his weakness. He eliminates the curse from his illness, gains a buff to stamina growth, and begins training. The chapter also introduces Talia, a knight with fire magic and high stamina, whom the protagonist sees as a potential ally who could drastically alter his predetermined story. Despite her strong stats, Talia has an inferiority complex and is bothered by the protagonist's seemingly weak attitude.
