Synopsis

The chapter begins with an attempt on Graen's life, where he deflects a powerful attack using what seems like an impressive sword technique, surprising both his attackers and observers. Simultaneously, a group of bandits reveals their plan to impersonate the Ron Knight Order and exploit the coincidental fact that their leader shares a name with an individual of the Reinhafer family; they intend to kidnap Graen and demand a large ransom. However, the chapter concludes with a mysterious figure confronting these bandits in the dark, hinting at a looming conflict.
