Synopsis

The chapter starts with the player character interacting with the game system and learning about the loss of demonic realm loot upon logout. The player then uses all of the temporary loot before it disappears. Later, the player is contacted by a system operator who apologizes for a glitch and offers a trade for early logout, allowing him to keep a previously unobtainable stat called 'Resistance'. The player shrewdly negotiates a significant increase to his Resistance stat, indicating a savvy and manipulative approach.
