Synopsis

The chapter shows that the Zipple family is using a seemingly unimportant warehouse to conduct forbidden experiments involving living golems. These golems, created from humans, retain some human characteristics but exhibit dangerous regeneration powers akin to upper-class demonic beasts. The protagonist discovers the nature of these experiments by using a guard's blood to bypass a security magic circle and is then forced to use his own magic, encountering the golem. This implies that the Zipple family is oppressing and experimenting on the local population.
