Synopsis

The chapter begins with Misha confronting her adoptive father about her heritage after learning from her mother that they are not related. She declares her hatred for him but also acknowledges a sense of pity. Meanwhile, Rotmiller admits to being approached to betray his party but refused. The group then meets a group of young barbarians who appear well-informed, causing the main character to consider a significant change among the tribes.
