Synopsis

The chapter revolves around a conflict between two of the protagonist's subordinates, which he resolves by suggesting a martial arts duel. He offers a reward of one of his own vital energy techniques to the winner, showing his willingness to nurture their growth. A new character, seemingly unrelated to the conflict, interrupts the duel, claiming he can devise a new technique in 10 seconds and end the fight. This is set to be the climax of this chapter and leads directly into next chapter.
