Synopsis

A group of survivors retreats after their mission is thwarted by the Demon King, while back in the city, humanity celebrates a victory due to an interception plan by Professor Wu. The protagonist Ming He reunites with his friends and is lauded for his contributions, while his uncle feels overshadowed. Later, Ming He walks home with a colleague, revealing a family connection and a misunderstanding about her motives, leading him to think she was trying to go on a date with him.
